Starr ADR can help you develop the tools to channel conflict productively in the workplace and assist in difficult conversations.  Products include written procedures, reports, and rules of engagement for meetings.

Consulting fees:  The hourly rate for general alternative dispute resolution consulting is $350.  The hourly rate for consultations that require additional subject matter expertise ranges from $400 to $500, depending on complexity.  Firm fixed price arrangements may be negotiated.
