MEDIATION

Mediation is a voluntary process in which an independent neutral helps disputants reach a resolution  that fulfills their needs.  At Starr ADR, Judith Starr will take the time to understand your needs , whether you are a business, a public entity, or an individual, and help you generate options for a mutually satisfactory resolution.  She will tailor a process that you are comfortable with and you can control.  Her goal in facilitating agreements is not just to deal with the matter at hand, but to have the parties leave with enhanced tools for dealing with disputes in the future.

Mediation fees:  The hourly rate for mediation preparation is $350.  Mediation rates vary based on complexity and number of parties.  Fixed fee arrangements may also be negotiated on a daily basis or a complete project basis.  Discounted rates are available for small businesses, nonprofits, and local government entities.
